Profile ImageOur bakeries and our people are our ‘marketing plan.’ In our business, location really is everything. We select our locations for their high foot traffic. This means we are most often located in regional and downtown malls.

Our product marketing is done entirely on site. From our warm and attractive facilities built for the new Millennium, to our signage and menu boards, to our feature posters and seasonal point of sale… all are eye appealing and designed to draw people into CinnZeo. Our biggest onsite marketing feature is our highly trained staff, who engage our guests as they would in their own homes.

Everything we do at CinnZeo is visible to our guests. They can see the products being prepared fresh throughout the day and each one of our employees is a marketing specialist in explaining to our guests exactly what they are doing and how our products are being made.

This sensory form of marketing is very effective in influencing our guests to purchase our products. At CinnZeo our belief is that getting the guest to try our product is the most effective way of helping them decide to buy, so we use a very aggressive sampling program daily.


Training & Support

Support ImageOur mix of excellent products, warm, inviting bakeries and well-trained, friendly staff is a formula that meets success wherever it's applied. Through investigation to implementation, we will be intricately involved in ensuring your franchise business is a success.

LOCATION
Usually in a mall or high foot traffic location. Once determined and due diligence is completed, a lease is negotiated with our assistance.

STORE DESIGN
Every store in our system is unique and varies in size from 350 to 1100 square feet. Some have dining rooms and some utilize the adjacent food court for seating.

PLANNING
Research on the traffic for your location will guide us in determining your sales volume. We help you create a budget, and help you determine sales and profits.

TRAINING
We offer a three-week comprehensive ’in bakery’’ training program. We will also teach you how to hire and train your own staff and how to run the accounting side of your business.

OPENING & ONGOING SUPPORT
We guide you in the hiring and training of employees, and follow up with a qualified trainer in your bakery for up to two weeks after opening. You will also receive regular visits by a franchise consultant and open dialogue and information sharing with head office.
