 Expert training helps you hone your professionalism and secure your investment. In addition to providing an understanding of the industry, it promotes discipline, organizational skills and best practices.
Your achievements as a Clancy’s Meat Co. franchisee depend on your successful completion of the 12-day franchisee training program. You must attend all of the sessions and score at least 75% on all quizzes and tests in order to successfully complete training.
Training is much more than a quality statement. Training sets the foundation and expectations for performance. The overall objective of meaningful training is to see you confidently put what you've learned into practice.
You will acquire knowledge and proven skills that will help you establish positive habits and practices, and enable you to achieve operational excellence.

Ongoing operational support is provided to all franchisees and comes in many forms such as regular site visits, coaching and mentoring, reporting and audits, regional and national meetings, participation in advisory councils and an open door policy for communication between franchisees, suppliers and head office employees.
