 Mr. Mikes Steakhouse & Bar has been a west coast institution since 1960 when the first salad bar and Mikeburger were introduced. Since then we have evolved to meet the needs of changing consumer tastes without sacrificing the values for which we pride ourselves. Today the concept specializes in comfortable and casual surroundings, nothing pretentious – but certainly special. The menu offers diversity, flavor and something for everyone while retaining our traditional great steaks & the ever popular Mikeburger. And the bar is a great place to celebrate with friends or family – whatever the reason – just “Come as You Are”.
Franchise opportunities are available throughout western Canada in both rural and urban areas.
Training and Support
 We provide comprehensive market and site specific evaluation and due diligence including lease negotiation, design / décor and project management support for construction, leasehold improvements and equipment procurement.
The Operations team works closely with new franchisees to provide coaching and support with staff hiring and management recruitment, and orientation, and training which includes a minimum 6 week training period in an existing restaurant. A team of experienced Mr. Mikes employees work with you during the new restaurant opening period to ensure training and execution are to customer expectations.
Operations and Marketing provide ongoing support with Local Store Marketing, Brand awareness and promotion, and performance management systems coaching and improvement.
