 Weather you have Health Care experience or not, intensive and on-going support is big part of the Nurse Next Door package.
Franchisees will receive detailed operational manuals and attend an initial 8-week start-up training program. This hands-on program is conducted at Nurse Next Door ‘HeartQuarters’, followed by regular weekly support from an expert business coach.
Field visits are conducted twice yearly and franchises will attend regional meetings quarterly. Franchisees will also attend the Nurse Next Door annual conference for key learning delivered by world-class speakers.
Our 24/7 call center is our biggest competitive advantage. In the Home Health Care industry, the biggest obstacle to success is the ongoing administrative burden of scheduling your clients with your caregivers. As a franchisee grows this can be an enormous drain on resources. To help our franchisees grow successful operations we take on this aspect of the business by scheduling for them 24/7 through a centralized call centre at our head office. This means that while it is a 24/7 business, we’re taking those 3am calls from a client not the franchisee.
