 At Pet Valu, each new franchisee receives three weeks of training. One week of the training program consists of classroom instruction at our offices.
These classroom sessions focus on day-to-day operating procedures, bookkeeping, product knowledge and pet care. The remaining two weeks of the training program consists of hands-on training at an existing Pet Valu franchised store with an experienced franchisee operator.
One of our staff of trained filed consultants will make periodic visits to your franchised store to provide guidance in operations matters. At other times your field consultant can be reached by telephone to respond to your inquiries.
This field consultant has available, as added support, a team of experts whose job it is to maintain Pet Valu’s position as an industry leader.
