 The Pita Pit offers a strong support system to our franchisees to handle every aspect of your new business. Our training includes classroom and on the job training at the head office in Kingston, Ontario. As well, there is one week of assistance in your store after the initial store opening.
The topics in the training cover: how to make the perfect Pita, employee training and scheduling, food ordering and portion control, financial reporting and management. Our operations manual covers all aspects on the Pita Pit. Our field representatives make frequent visits to evaluate your franchise, make suggestions, and give you feedback.
