Training and Support
Each Franchise will go through comprehensive 2 week training program at head office prior to the opening of the store. All areas of business are covered including; POS computer, product knowledge, inventory control, accounting, policies and procedures, marketing, and retail sales training. Each training session is tailored to each individual’s strengths and weaknesses.
After the 2 week training session we provide continual support for all avenues of business. We have an in house marketing team that coordinates all advertising efforts. Our sales team continues to provide ongoing sales training through phone calls, tele-training, store visits, and our yearly “Success Seminar”. We also provide support for the POS computer system.
