 Smoke's Poutinerie will partner with you the entire way, including helping find space; negotiating leases; guidance through all design, engineering and obtaining building permits; assistance in managing the build-out of the space; introduction to contractors and securing of all trades; provide equipment schedules; help with financing if required; full training for owners, management and staff; a detailed operations manual on running all aspects of the business; securing all suppliers and associated cost savings programs; usage of all trade marks, name, recognized brand; installation and use of profitable business model and proven system.
Ongoing support will be provided including continuous training of management, aid on growth, spot checks on system with continual improvements, further savings on all costs as Franchise grows, leadership from Head Office on all facets of business including finance, operations, marketing, promotions, advertising, brand building, HR, menu development, etc.
An operations manual is provided to help guide you in all facets of the business, from hiring and firing, prep and assembly, to policies and procedures, checklists and forms to help manage operations.
