Initial Training and Ongoing Support at WATCH IT!
 As a new partner, you will attend a comprehensive five-day training program at WATCH IT!’s head office. There, you’ll receive an up-to-date operating manual to prepare you for all aspects of the business. When you leave your training, you’ll be ready to handle your store’s day-to-day operations, sales and marketing processes, business development and store administration.
We’ll also help you with merchandising, planning your grand opening and operating during your first few days. We offer periodic refresher meetings and store visits to reinforce WATCH IT!’s winning business practices.
Frequent meetings are held across North America and we pride ourselves on providing regular announcements and corporate support which are essential to keep you ahead of the industry curve and ensure WATCH IT! maintains its position as a leading brand.
