OPERATIONS
To ensure consistency throughout the chain, a skillful management team is accessible to assist new owners in everything from preparing and opening your first restaurant to maintaining and monitoring its progress.
TRAINING
Our family prides itself on providing exceptional service. Our restaurants provide new franchisees training which focuses on the practical aspects of the operation. Training is held at a designated Wild Wing training facility, and is conducted by one of our informative corporate trainers.
MARKETING & ADVERTISING
Wild Wing marketing department uses a variety of innovative marketing tools and techniques to entice customers from all over Ontario. Franchisees are required to pay out one percent (1%) of monthly gross sales to an advertising fund that is governed by a franchisee advertising committee.
ENGINEERING
To ensure all stores have the same unique atmosphere, Wild Wing directs new franchisees to an experienced design and engineering team to assist in the design and development phase.
