Training & Support
Our well-developed Training Program consists of 25 days training at our Canadian Head Office location in Montreal as well as 10 days on site pre-opening and post-opening.
We have complete Operating Manuals, Marketing Idea Manuals and will have Videos on CD for your use in training staff and keeping up to date.
Continuous availability of our team for support, if needed, and regular visits by our Director of Food Operations, Director of Restaurant Operations or other support staff to ensure your satisfaction.
